Terry handled the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one, several years ago. He was comfortable bridging the distance so they were able to handle things online rather than having to make extra, lengthy trips from 6+ hours away. He not only helped them to find a home that they loved, he also handled negotiations with the seller, arranged for settlement as quickly as possibly, and provided introductions to reputable experts who were able to help them add their own special touches to their new home.
