Terry helped my wife and I to find the perfect home for us, during a time when homes were scarce and competition was fierce. Terry put us and our needs first at all times, and was very patient with us while we viewed home after home that wasn't "just right". He went to bat for us negotiating for price and conditions, and took inititive to make sure that everything went right for us, such as making sure to have an inspector ready after our bid was accepted. He helped arrange for a painter and flooring person to enter the home prior to close so that all needed work was done on day one. His advice and guidance was excellent. Can't recommend him enough.

Terry handled the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one, several years ago. Working with him was an excellent experience, so when family members were looking for a home in our area, we gave them Terry’s contact information. They were pleased right from that first contact. Terry clearly understood that they were on a very tight timeline and worked diligently to make sure that they could see a wide variety of options without feeling rushed. He was comfortable bridging the distance so they were able to handle things online rather than having to make extra, lengthy trips from 6+ hours away. He not only helped them to find a home that they loved, he also handled negotiations with the seller, arranged for settlement as quickly as possibly, and provided introductions to reputable experts who were able to help them add their own special touches to their new home.

He also took the time to explain how to navigate through the selling process and the purchasing process to help make it easy to understood our contracts. There was a moment on a Sunday morning while I was at work when I received a txt message from Country Manor Farms stating we were approved for our land lease. I immediately reached out to Terry with this news and he txt me right saying he was sitting in church and said he was praying we would hear something soon.
